MULTIPLICATION – GOD’S STRATEGY FOR EXPONENTIAL IMPACT

When Jesus took the two fish and five loaves of bread to serve 5 000 men and their families, that was MULTIPLICATION.

When Paul told Timothy, “And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses, entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others,” Paul’s strategy was MULTIPLICATION.

When Margaret Aim and Miriam Makula of Msingi wa Ahadi Bora (MWAB), Kenya, began training trainers, they put MULTIPLICATION into action. Since then, they have raised five generations of trainers who train others.

During the recent Training for Trainers course presented by Petra Institute, another ten of MWAB’s trainers were equipped in the foundational Training for Trainers course. Following this training, they can continue their training as trainers for each of our courses, focusing on the specifics of each course.

This is one example of many such movements that started through equipping leaders to train other leaders through the different courses Petra Institute presents. Trainees discover the heart of God for children, seeing them as precious, not as the church of tomorrow, but as an integral part of today’s church.

And then they train others, who in turn train others: multiplying the workforce across South Africa, Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Asia — fulfilling God’s command to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Matthew 28:18–20

Discipling children today lays the foundation of their faith to withstand the philosophies of society as they grow older.

Our goal for 2027 is to train 100 trainers in South Africa and abroad. To be able to do this, we need finances for our trainers to travel to partner organisations, present training, and equip more leaders who will go on to train others.

Would you please consider supporting us financially? When you give, you are not simply supporting one training event — you are investing in a multiplying movement. The return on investment creates generations of equipped leaders who disciple children and help lay a strong foundation of faith in their lives.

Please join us in multiplying the impact.
