“Children are change agents. Jesus saw them as such and present reality proves them to be change agents.” Amy Barstad
How can we assist your church or organisation?
Are you concerned about faith formation of the children within your reach?
Then this workshop will help you as leadership to discover the Biblical commands, responsibility, challenge, and opportunities with children. Together, we will look at children within their particular context and to understand what is going on. We will ask critical questions during the process, such as:
- What is happening in the lives of children?
- Why is it happening?
- What should be happening or should be done?
- What should we do?
We will also look at children as co-travellers in God’s Kingdom.
We will assist in drawing up a plan of action for developing and strengthening the understanding of faith formation, skills, processes, and resources to respond appropriately to God’s desire for children, including the lost and broken children.
- What happens in the real world of children?
- Discover children through the lens of the Bible
- Children’s potential as part of the Church
- What other leaders discovered about children and the challenges of children’s ministry
- Hope for children in a broken world and desperate situations
- Challenges in our communities
- Presentation of action plans and reflection
- The way forward
What participants say about our workshop
“If the Church neglects children, she can destroy the nation.” “We have a generational problem because of disobedience to Psalm 78.” “We need to influence the strategic influential leaders.”

“Listen, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord alone. And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength. And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today. Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up. Tie them to your hands and wear them on your forehead as reminders. Write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.”
