Ministry Mentorship Course

Prerequisite training:
Students who enrole for the Children’s
Ministry Mentorship course, need to have done the prerequisite
training such as:

Children's Ministry Foundations 1 &
2 courses, or
-
Dynamic Children's Ministry correspondence
courses (modules 1 & 2), or
-
Proof of equivalent qualifications
in children's ministry at other organisations such as
CEF, etc. is needed to be considered for admission to
the above-mentioned course.
Purpose of course:
The purpose of this course is to produce
leaders who are not only good children’s workers
themselves, but can also:
Therefore this Children’s Ministry Mentorship course
pays attention to four main themes:

The Christian maturity of the leader,
-
Advanced skills in children's ministry,
-
Skills in training other adults for
children's ministry
-
Management skills. This is taught as
a module during the last four weeks of the course.
Because the course forms an integrated unit,
students will be able to integrate aspects such as strategic
planning of their ministries, which will develop throughout
the course, in a ministry management plan.
The course is highly practical and the application of
skills in the community receives a good deal of attention.
Students will therefore be evaluated not only on theoretical
knowledge, but also on practical skills and dedication.
Cost:
R11 500, which includes class fees, books,
boarding and lodging.
